Taking care of teeth:

  •    Brush your teeth twice a day. Floss regularly
  •   Clean your tongue with a toothbrush or tongue scraper.
  •   Use a fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush or battery-operated toothbrush.
  •   Practice correct brushing technique.
  •   Always rinse your toothbrush with water after brushing and change every 3 months.
  •   Use non-alcohol based mouthwash.
  •   Professional cleaning by a dentist once a year.
  •   Preventive treatments like Flouride application and Pit & fissure sealants.
